Villahermosa, Parque Tabasco, State of Tabasco, Mexico: This was the stage for the 9th Pipeline Conference and Exhibition organized by PEMEX, Petróleos Mexicanos, one of the largest oil companies in Latin America.

This special event, with an ample exhibition with over 300 stands and 100 Mexican and international companies, including Aplein Ingenieros, S.A. and Aplein Ingenieros S.A. de C.V., did not disappoint either companies or visitors, attendance of nearly two thousand professionals in the sector being estimated.

The stand of Aplein Ingenieros was notable for a collection of its most representative products and services, as well as new products from manufacturers like Spirit, ABB Total Flow and Sick Maihak for which Aplein is the distributor in Mexico and based on which Aplein Ingenieros develops its applications.

For their part, the conference organizers had the use of a magnificent Conference Centre in which nearly 100 talks of a high technological level were given over the course of two days. Aplein Ingenieros' contribution was a specialized study on “In-Line Ethylene Gas Measurement Systems”, presented by Armando González Lefler, Managing Director.

Our Sales and Marketing Manager, Ángel Martínez Arellano, said: “We were delighted to be able to meet many of our clients in the course of the Exhibition and attend to them at our stand, and I would emphasise the large number of new projects that have arisen in the course of the 2008 Pipeline Exhibition.”
